With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwen Hitchcock (Chatham, Ontario), who passed away on July 19, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Raymond Hitchcock. She is survived by: her children, Geri McPherson of Guilds, Jack, Katherine Hitchcock of Rondeau and Don Hitchcock of Guilds; her grandchildren, Alicia, Jarrod Kemp, Wyatt Hitchcock, Danielle, Scott Parker, Leah Guyitt and Julie Guyitt; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Darrell, Laci, Livia Coll, Alexia Huffman Guyitt, MacKenzie, Leland Parker and Isabel Kemp; her great great grandchild Nash Beecroft Coll; her sister-in-law Ann Hubbard Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Ann and Christina Emily.
