He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Diane Pollard. He is survived by: his children, Colleen, John Kuizenga, Heather Becker and Joe Pollard; his grandchildren, Rob Kuizenga (Courtney), Chris, Nikki Kuizenga, Andrew Kuizenga (Ashley), Kyle Becker, Jacob and Charlene Pollard; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Nolan Kuizenga and Kai-Lyn Springer; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Branston, Gary Saunders (Janette) and Eric Saunders (Maureen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
