She was predeceased by: her parents, Narcisse Gauvreau and Valerie Gauvreau; her daughter Ann Marie Lowes; her son-in-law Davy; her daughter Eleanor McLaren; and her grandchildren, Yan (Veronique), Jerome (Josephine), Chantal, Jesse, Nicole (Duane), Haley (William), Zachary, Enos, Zack, Keifer (Melody) and Talia.
She is survived by: her husband Gaetan Audet; her children, Ted McLaren (Marie), Jerry McLaren and Malcolm McLaren (Helen); her stepsons, Denis Audet (Michelle) and Richard Audet (Elein); and her siblings-in-law, Giselle Riel, Marielle Caron, Denise Fortier (Elie), Robert Audet (Jocelyn) and Rollande Masters. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Donations made in memory of Georgette to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
