He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Matteis; and his daughter Maria Mariconda (Darren Lopes). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kristina and Zachary Mariconda; his adoptive son Paul Mollica; his sister Domenica DeMattia; and his sister-in-law Concetta Prizio.
