Frank Slavik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2020, Frank Slavik of Chatham, Ontario, born in Blenheim, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bart Slavik and Anna Slavik (Tomek); and his brother Joseph Slavik. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Gail Heringer (Andy) of Strathroy and Cindy Slavik of Windsor; and his grandchildren, Thomas Franklin Heringer and Olivia Anne Heringer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
The Bereavement Authority of Ontario have mandated that those attending either event must wear a mask.
Donations made in memory of Frank to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Salvation Army or the Pet and Wildlife Rescue would be appreciated.
