Eugenie Gaiswinkler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024, Eugenie Gaiswinkler of Chatham, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leopold; her parents, Lydia Arndt (Ernst) and Karl Arndt; her son Andrew Gaiswinkler; her stepfather Roman (Herbert); her siblings-in-law, Elfride Flink and Josef Gaiswinkler; and her great grandchild Emmett Gaiswinkler Babcock.
She is survived by: her daughter Monica Gaiswinkler Easton (R. Michael Easton); her daughter-in-law Kim Gaiswinkler; her grandchildren, Elyse Gaiswinkler (Tom Chambers), Lauren Gaiswinkler-Babcock (Matthew) and Evan Gaiswinkler (April); her great grandchildren, Eden, Wilder, Fox Gaiswinkler Babcock and Hazel Chambers; her siblings-in-law, Hannelore Gaiswinkler and Alfred Flink; her extended family Gail Keller; and her children, Kimberly, Susan (late Victor) and Tracy (Reene). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hinnegan Peseski Funeral Home (156 William St S, Chatham, ON N7M4S8). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (52 Croydon St, Chatham, ON N7L1L3).
