He was predeceased by: his son James Lesperance; and his brother-in-law Larry. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Davies; his daughter Christine Williams (Dave Garrick); his grandchildren, Jerome, Alexis, Jordan, Shanele, Shanice and Shawna; his great grandchildren, Artemis Mae and Amareana Shantaevia; his siblings, Peter Lesperance (Tracy), Steve Lesperance (Lisa), Michael Lesperance (Paula), Rose Desbiens (Bill), Mary Anne LaVoie (Ron) and Cecelia Lesperance; and his siblings-in-law, Christine Lesperance, Susan, John Grant, Albert and Cathy Davies. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations made in memory of Emil to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
