With heavy hearts, we announce the death of El Northcott of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on January 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonnie Baker; his former wife Nancy (Van Damme); his daughters, Cynthia Lanoue (Don), Michelle Bowman (Kevin), Laura Baker (Marcus Gasparotto) and Jill Northcott (Ian Kelly); his grandchildren, Kyle, Gavin Lanoue, Madison, Bryan Bowman, Grace, Charley Baker, Stella, Daphne and Jane Northcott; his stepchildren, Terry, Michael, Randy and Darren Wright; his parents, Ethridge Northcott and Lela Northcott (Clapp); and his siblings, Doris Anderson, Kay Pickard (Allan), Lyle Northcott, Gladys Graham, Shirley Anderson, Ivan Northcott, Allen Northcott and Melba Merilees.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKinlay Funeral Home - Chatham (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
