She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnston and Eula Johnston; and her husband Elwood MacEwan. She is survived by: her children, Jean Domony (Michael) of Chatham and Joan Childs (Nicholas) of Edmonton, Alberta.; and her grandchildren, William Childs (Holly), Katherine Childs (Robert Burstall) and Dr. Meghan Domony.
