She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Calhoun and Ruth Lenentine (Red); her husband Dave Johnston; her sister Karen Laviolette; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Varga (Jack DaSilva), Peter Laviolette, Don Johnston (Vicky) and Bert Steunenberg.

She is survived by: her children, Ray of Chatham, Heather Johnston of Chatham, Shari of Chatham and Mark Glassford of Chatham; her grandchildren, Erika Johnston (Brandon), Nicole McEwan (Ross), Josh Dicaire, Chris Glassford (Amber), Amber Vanderiviere (Sean) and Ashley Glassford; and her sister-in-law Deb Steunenberg (Ed Parker) of St. Williams. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
