He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan James and Emma Ellis (Lister). He is survived by: his wife Christine Ellis (Stirling); his daughter Elizabeth Ellis; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Bobby, Ryan and Emma Carnegie; and his siblings, Margaret Ann Turner and Glynn Ellison.
