He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Wilken and Anna Wilken; his wife Bonita; his children, Kelly (Mark) of Chatham, Michelle (Steve) of Chatham and Derek (Janet) of Dover Township; and his sister Rita Burm. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
