She was predeceased by: her father John Malm. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Destinee, Conner, Clohee and Autumn; her siblings, Carla Malm and Lorrie Osmon; and her brothers-in-law, Martin Osmon and Roy Froelick. She is also survived by her nieces and other family members and friends.
