It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Jackson of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on December 16, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Duncan and Evelyn Duncan; and her brother Mark. She is survived by: her spouse Allman Fowler; her children, Petrina, Kevin and Duncan; her stepchildren, Shaun and Nicola; her grandchildren, Josh, Sophie, Kira, Kendra and Sonya; and her siblings, David, Diane, Debbie, Sean and Jeff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations made in memory of Carol Ann to the Chatham Outreach for Hunger would be appreciated by the family.
