She was predeceased by: her spouse Wilfrid Laprise; her parents, Rose Marie (Guilbeault) and Romeo Mailloux; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Laprise (late John Haslip), Anna Trahan (late Alex Trahan), Soeur Marie, Soeur Cécile, Caroline Laprise and Treflé Laprise.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Nebel (Edward Nebel) of St. Clair, Michigan, Claudette Rochon (Marc) of Chatham, Michel Laprise (Gisèle) of Erie Beach, Gisèle Watson (Bill) of Chatham and Janice Robert (Roland) of Pain Court; her sibling Sylvin Mailloux (Anna Mae); her grandchildren, David Myers (Brooke), Chantal Van Haecke (Aaron), Marguerite Abbey (Rob), Yvon Laprise, Lorraine Hunter (Shannon), Matthew Watson (Alyssa), Jonathan Watson, Christopher Robert (Chelsea) and Danielle Robert; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Jacob, Julia, Cora, Quinn and Aubrey. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, 7 step great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation or Immaculée Conception Church (Project Our Church) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
