She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Bannerman and Anna Bannerman; and her sibling Ileen Kake. She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, Andrew (Sherri Melvin) of Rodney, Doug (Ellen Melvin) of Lakewood Ranch and Christine Melvin of Chatham; her grandchildren, Michael Melvin (Cheryl Waddick), Mark Melvin (Sharon Tucker), Catharine Demars (Dantè), Brenda Melvin, Tanya Melvin, Ashley Melvin, Cory Melvin (Ellen Schnitzlein Melvin) and Tara Hallinan; her great grandchildren, Alissa, Christopher, Rhiannon, Drew, Matthew, Ethan, Josh, Jordan, Ben, Lily, Andrew, Kayla, Kendra, Kyla, Kesendra, Melodie, Braeden, Evander, Hudson and Charlie; and her sibling Jean Scheistel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
