He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pitman and Florence Pitman; his daughter Mary Anne; his grandson Samuel Copeman; his siblings, George Pitman and Anne Challis; and his sister-in-law Joyce Stockford (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Kim Pitman (Elaine) and Kathy Copeman (Bruce); his grandchildren, Kyle, Scott Pitman, Emily McKeachnie (Adam), Ben Copeman (Melissa), David Copeman (April), Thomas and Jacob Copeman; and his brother-in-law Bob Brush (Lana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & extended family.
In memory of Chuck, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Canadian Cancer Society.
