It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna Schneider of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on November 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Anna Schneider to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Schnurer and Pauline Schnurer; her husband Josef Schneider; and her son Ewald. She is survived by: her children, Henry of Chatham, Edmund of London, Alfred (Marion) of Blenheim and Paula Welbanks (Tim) of Chatham; and her grandchildren, Kristin, Matthew, Kimberly, Heather (Dale) and Allison (Craig).

All attendees as mandated by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario must wear a mask at all visitations and funerals.

Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.

“Anna was such a wonderful person. She was always smiling and welcoming when I went for a visit. I remember Anna and my mother, Olive, talking about their sons, Alfred and Brian, and what they were going to do after high school. My mother told Anna that I was going to go to W.O.I.T. The next thing I knew was I had a new friend, Alfred, at college. My deepest sympathy, love and prayers to the Schneider family. A mass will be said at Holy Family Parish for Anna on December 18th, Brian & Linda”
