He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Stanley and Vianney; and his parents, Agnes McMillan Row and Harold Row. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mae Row (Martin-Capek); his children, Angela Birney (Keon) of British Columbia, Alana Vink (Brian) of Chatham and Andrew Row (Aaron Reymann) of Alberta; his stepdaughter Michelle Picard (Jody Maynard) of Chatham; his granddaughters, Sophie Botting and Rachel Picard; his siblings, Nancy Peckett (Steve) and Grant Row; and his in-laws, Jack, Lucille DeSmit, Joanne Griffore, Allan, Anna Marie Martin and Ann Marie Martin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to London Health Sciences Foundation in Alan Fraser Row's memory.
