He was predeceased by: his wife June Semple; his daughter Patricia Semple; and his siblings, Edwin, Murray, Muriel, Evelyn and Doris.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Semple (Pam) of Brampton and Carol Marshall of Deep River; his grandchildren, Connie Kimball (Darrik Overhault), Brian Nichol (Michelle), Stephanie Chase (Glen) and Colleen Semple; his great grandchildren, Connor, Kaitlyn Kimball, Melissa, Grady and Ellis Nichol; and his sister-in-law Jeanie Semple of Brighton.
