It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Barrand (Chalk River, Ontario), who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlotte Barrand to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Barrand; her parents, Roscoe Chitwood and Ella Chitwood; and her siblings, Stephen Chitwood and Barb Chitwood.

She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Lavigne (Paul) of Pembroke and Cindy Strandberg (Neil) of Nome, Alaska.; her grandchildren, Brooklyn and Jaxon Lavigne; and her sister Linda Moore.
