He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; and his parents, Mike and Katyrina. He is survived by: his children, David (Cathie), Jonathan (Natasha) and Kathryn (Mike); his grandchildren, Jessica, Isaac, Amber, Desiree, Emily and Dean; his brother Elmer; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou and Ruth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
