He was predeceased by: his wife Lori; his daughter Lisa; and his sibling Arnie (Judy). He is survived by: his sons, Mike, Doug (Crystal-Ann) and Jason; and his siblings, Donny (Lois) and Joyce (Wayne). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
