She was predeceased by: her sister Gail Olaski. She is survived by: her husband Larry Packham; her sons, Randy (Pam) and Jeffery (Karen); her grandson Richard (Rene); her great grandchild Cody; and her siblings, Pat Hoosen (Bob) and Evelyn Michener (Mark).
Memorial donations to Juravinski Cancer Centre Haldimand War Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
