We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2022, at the age of 72, Jerry Chase (Casselman, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hryhoryj Chyzyj and Maria Ryszko; and his brother George Chyzyj. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Chase; his sisters, Natalie Stibernik (late Augustine) and Myra Chyzyj; his sister-in-law Kathleen Gagné (Gaëtan); his nieces and nephews, Tracy Chyzyj-Vince, Trevor Chyzyj-Vince (Robyn Carriere), Taralyn Chyzyj-Vince (Martin Paquette) and Jacynthe Gagné (Jonathan Wilhelmy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emilia and Ellis Carriere.
