He was predeceased by: his former wife Sylvia; his wife Patricia; his parents, Ezra Grant and Ruby Grant; and his brothers, Claire (Lyla), Bert (Mildred) and George (Bev).
He is survived by: his children, Robert (Corinne Underwood), Gail (Dan Donovan) and Susan (Pierre Simard); his stepchildren, Donna-Lynn (Mike Burgess), John Baldry (Wanda) and Jim Baldry (Cathie Kulas); his grandchildren, Meghan, Heather, Casey, Tori, Zachary, Madeleine, Aaron and Riley; his great grandchildren, Jack, Brody and Charlie; and his siblings, Marguerite "Peggy" Smith (late Richard), James "Jim" (Shirley) and Barbara (Brian Watters).
