He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rowe and Clara Rowe; his father-in-law Randolph; and his siblings-in-law, Barry, Carolyn, Louise and Brenda.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Dillon; his brother Sam; his siblings-in-law, Bev, John (Debbie), Marvin (late Mary) and William (late Hazel); and his mother-in-law Betty Dillon.
