He was predeceased by : his wife Evelyn; his granddaughter Julia; his siblings, Charlie (Pearl), Lloyd (Maureen), Bessie (Bill), Bill (Viola), Margaret, Pearl (John) and Ruby Latimer (Edward); and his daughters-in-law, Martha and Heather Latimer.

He is survived by : his sons, Ivan (Alanna) and Brian (Jackie); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jamie (Chris), Terrilyn, Tammy (Rolly), Tina (Serge), Jeff (Sylvie) and Trish; and his great grandchildren, Nicole, Tyler, Alyssa, Jarett, Rachel, Amanda, Megan, Noah, Ryann, Ella, Felix, Ana, Theodore, Felipe, Hugo and Bastian.
