He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Sparks and Edward Sparks; and his sisters, Edna Hartin and Ruby Rafuse. He is survived by: his nieces, Marlene Baker (Jim), Mavis Neely and Mona Burns; his nephew Ron Hartin; and his great-nephews, Kyle and Kurtis Baker.
