Tina Briatico Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Briatico (Carlisle, Ontario), born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on April 6, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Joe Fasullo; and her sister Janice Nicholson (Fasullo). She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Holley Forth (Nicholas) and Kenny Forth (Marsha); her grandchildren, Riley and Wyatt; her parent Janice Fasullo; and her siblings, Gail Visschedyk (Mike), Dolores and Lori Falcioni (Eddie).
