With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendy Flaherty (Carleton Place, Ontario), who passed away on April 13, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Jackson and Lois Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Moore; her sons, Tom (Kim), Brian (Julie) and Derek (Erin); her grandchildren, Jessica, Hannah, Phoebe, Sam, Jayden, April and Ellie; and her great grandchildren, Ryder, Camryn and Colton.

Donations in memory of Wendy to the Carleton Place Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
