He was predeceased by: his wife June; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his son John (Marjorie); his grandchildren, Leanne Thomson (Jake), Kevin Thomson, Christopher Steel (Arianne), Sonya Grant (Vince) and James Steel; his sisters-in-law, Wilda and Leila (Larry); and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Mackenzie, Hudson Grant, Christopher and Ellie Steel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
