She is survived by: her daughter Barbara; her grandsons, Elliott and Philip; her daughter Jacqueline; her grandchildren, Michelle Boisselle and Brent Statham; her stepdaughter Amanda; her grandson Charles Smith; her wife Heather Hennessey; and her former husband William C Bates of Sandy Lake.
