He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Montgomery and Don Montgomery; and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his children, Chris (Sue Lynn), Jason (Lilly) and Jonathan (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Haydie, Dylan, Ben, Jack and Isabel; and his siblings, Donna (Frank), Anna (John), Debbie (Brian), June and Jim (Roberta).
