We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2019, Robert Elwood Lyon (Carleton Place, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Suzanne; and his granddaughter Pearl Lyon. He is survived by: his wife Helen Lyon; his sons, Barry (Janice), Richard (Nang) and David (Alison); his grandchildren, Samantha, Isabella, Connor and Kyle; his siblings, Ruth Baker (Robert) and Stephen Lyon (Barbara); his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Alexandra of Ottawa, William Latimer (Karen), Kimberly Latimer-Carr (Alan), Kevin Baker (Nicole) and Deborah Baker (Robin); and also Hugh Latimer of Winnipeg.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church 28 Hawthorne Street, Carleton Place, on Saturday October 19, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. For those who wish, a donation to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated by the family.
