Richard Johnston Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2024, at the age of 73, Richard Johnston (Carleton Place, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Johnston and Phyllis (Pascoe); his parents-in-law, William Earl Doig and Eve Bernice Doig (Jackson); and his brother-in-law William George Doig.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Doig; his daughter Ginette Tetrault (Larry); his siblings, Penny Nield (Robert) and Derek (Jackie); his sister-in-law Brenda Doig; his grandchildren, Janelle, Stefan, Joel and Rosalie; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Chloe, Ben and Maddox. He is also survived by nieces and many good friends.
