He was predeceased by: his father Alfred McDonald; and his parents-in-law, Mary and Al Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Rocky (Julie) and Russell (Ellie); his grandchildren, Venecia (Cole), Carter, Holley, Isaiah, Dakota and Falen; his siblings, Tess MacLean, Helen Donaldson, Mike McDonald (Gillian), Anne-Marie Goodman and Paul McDonald (Kimberly); his mother Madeleine McDonald; and his siblings-in-law, Linda James (Morley), Dean MacDonald (late Kelly) and Karen Cox (Brian). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barker Funeral Home (19 MacArthur Ave, Carleton Place, ON K7C2W1).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Diabetes Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
