He was predeceased by: his mother Glenda; his sister Melanie (Kym); his nephews, Benjamin and Conner; his niece Emily (Alex); and his great-niece Nova.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly, Lisa, Amanda (Martin) and Rebecca (Brandon); his granddaughters, Haley and Lucy; his father Wayne; and his wife Linda.
