She was predeceased by: her former husband Melvin Evans; her children, Bonnie and Dale; her parents, Norman Pegg and Myrtle Pegg (Lawson); and her sister-in-law Ethel Moffitt (late Grenville).

She is survived by: her children, David Evans (Ellie) of Carleton Place, Nancy Bennett (Hugh) of Smiths Falls, Laurie Banks (Greg) of Cincinatti and Ohio; and her siblings, Douglas Pegg (late Julia) and Eunice Gibson (late Harris). She is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
