He was predeceased by: his former wife Gail; and his siblings, Danny and Colleen. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dannenberg; his daughter Kelly "Missy" Carvill; and his sisters, Diane, Judy and Marlene. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
