It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johanne Polis (Carleton Place, Ontario), who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Augusta and Johannes; and her brother Joop. She is survived by: her spouse Frans; her children, Annemarie (Joe), Monique (Greg) and Chris (Caroline); her grandchildren, Chris, Aleasha, Liam, Wickus, Griffin and Marcus; and her sisters, Annemarie Van Schendel and Carla Reedjik.
