She was predeceased by: her mother Tam Hoy; and her sister Kit Chan. She is survived by: her husband Robb; her children, Allison [Demi], Natalie [Robert] and Winston [Sarah]; and her grandchildren, Theo, Evelyn, Sylvie, Celeste and Vincent.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice in Kanata where Jackie began her rest.
