It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Schryer (Carleton Place, Ontario), who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gloria Schryer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene Lajeunesse and Dora Lajeunesse (Scharfe); her husband Robert Schryer; her son Ted; her grandson Scotty; and her brother Claude (Maureen).

She is survived by: her daughter Susan (Cosenzo); her goddaughter Claudia (Sonya); her nephew Robert "Rob"; her great-nieces, Danica and Bella; her goddaughter Kathy (Doug Croskery); her cousin Joyce (Rivington); her children, Robyn and Ryan; and also, Jennifer Lajeunesse, Whitney and Craig.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Heart Institute at the Ottawa Hospital.
