He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stewart and Dorothy Stewart; and his brother-in-law David Kardash. He is survived by: his close friend Marjorie; his children, Katie Stewart (Paddy Kilmartin) and Joey Stewart; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Aisling, Dunough, Dympna and Caoinhe; and his sisters, Margaret Kardash (Andy Bocott) and Kathleen Stewart (Barry Burns).
