It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ethel (Sis) McDougall (Carleton Place, Ontario), born in Almonte, Ontario, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Willard Nelson McDougall (Chuck); her father Thomas Joshua McGrath; and her siblings, Dorothy Hayward, Harvey and Harold McGrath.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn (Steven Blackburn), Dale, Peter (Penny), Darlene (Stephen Dugdale), Randy (Debbie), Darren, Sherry (Jamie Horton) and Jaimie McDougall Drummond (Gloria); her grandchildren, Jeff, Shawn, Ryan, Michael Blackburn, Kimberly, Dustin McDougall, Andrew, Jenna McDougall, Stephen, Josh, Nathan Dugdale, Robbie McDougall, Lindsay Timmins, Nikki, Lisa Horton, Brad and Taylor McDougall; her great grandchildren, Spencer, Trevor Blackburn, Maewyn, Riordyn Blackburn, Brooks Rightmyer, Ashlyn, Cullen, Lily Dugdale, Conor McDougall, Kinsley, Kaydon, Quinn Timmins, Rylee Horton Hjorth, Emilia, Link Oosterholt and Mason Munro; her brother Merville McGrath; and her sisters-in-law, Evyleen McGrath and Audrey Brown.
