He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen; and his sister Marjorie Long. He is survived by: his close friend Lois Moore; his sons, Ross (Rose Mary) and Brian (Debbie); his grandchildren, Ashley (Joe), Alicia (Chris) and Brandon (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Riley and Reece; and his siblings, Gerald and Doris Porteous.
