She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Toop (late George Wishart); her son Harvey Toop (Karen); and her son-in-law Scott Millar. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Lowe (Gerry), Brenda Denike, Wendy Toop Charbonneau (Luc) and Sharon Toop-Millar; and her grandchildren, Germaine Lowe, Benton Lowe (Ingride), Kyle Denike (Beth McBride), Wyatt Millar and Ryan Toop.
In lieu of flowers donations in Dorothy's memory can be made to the Carleton Place Hospital Foundation or Lanark Animal Welfare Society (L.A.W.S.).
