With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnie Churchill of Carleton Place, Ontario, who passed away on May 31, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan and Bernadette; and his nephew Matthew. He is survived by: his daughter Alexa; his grandchild Blakely; his siblings, Doug, Bob (Jane) and Cheryl (Norman); his nieces and nephews, Devin, Jason, Sean, Holley, James, Melissa, Kaitlyn and Kristopher; and his pet Zoe.

Donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Lanark Animal Welfare Society would be appreciated by the family.
