He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Wark. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Carpenter and Matt Carpenter; his grandchildren, Abby, Isabella, Jaice, Addison and Elayna; and his siblings, Rob (Kathleen), Joe (Linda), Jeff, Sherry (Jim) and Duncan (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may support the family at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place, on Friday March 5, 2021 from 7-9 p. m. Please note that face masks are mandatory at all times, social distancing must be observed with no physical contact.
