He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Hurdis; his grandson Adam; and his siblings, Jim, Wayne, Harold, Brenda and Joan.

He is survived by: his children, Angie and Scott (Monique); his grandchildren, Ashley (Scott) and Kayla (William); his great grandchildren, Addison, Harper Morgan and Lily; and his siblings, Don, Bill, Carl and Marilyn.
